Carol LeValley & Josh Harris started Rustic Bakery, Inc. in 2005. LeValley was born in upstate New York, but grew up in Danville and Huntington Beach, and Harris was born and raised in Walnut Creek. The couple found their passion for baking in a simple sourdough flatbread cracker that Carol would whip up for friends. The bakers found a commercial kitchen space in Novato, which they outgrew in the first week, struggling to keep up with more orders while working with a rolling pin and standard convection oven. Josh would mix dough, and Carol would shape and bake the flatbreads. As they say, “We've grown over the years, but every flatbread, bite and crisp continues to be baked to pair perfectly with your favorite cheeses or charcuterie. And of course everything we make is delicious as a standalone snack.

  • Shipping (USPS Priority or UPS): Ships from Santa Cruz within 1-2 business days to arrive at any U.S. address 1-3 business days after shipping. Note at check-out if you prefer ASAP or a later ship date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Local Delivery: Select zip codes by appointment. If a delivery appointment time is not possible, Present will offer shipping or a refund.

  • Pickup in Santa Cruz available for free by appointment with a Present team member. Contact Present to arrange a pick up time and location. If a time cannot be arranged, Present will offer a choice of shipping for an additional charge or a refund.
