Steps to complete this form:
Select “Budget” (above), and we’ll curate a collection based on your answers to the questions below that appear after you click “Add To Cart.”
Select the “Quantity” of boxes to ship to one address. Usually Quantity “1” is plenty. If you choose more than “1”, it will multiply your budget by the quantity of boxes. If you’d like to send gifts to multiple addresses, you can either create separate orders for each address, or put in a place holder address, then contact Present with your mailing list.
You’ll be asked if the recipient prefers sweets (chocolates, cookies, etc.), savory (nuts, crackers, olive oil, etc.) or spa items.

Optional ribbon color request (e.g. corporate color) and we’ll use it if in stock. You may request to add one outside item (e.g. company mug) for free if it fits - $5 for each additional outside item. Outside items must be received prior to production. Allow extra time for outside items. Contact Present for details.
After your order is received, Present will curate a gift collection. You’ll be emailed a photo of items selected for your approval if you’d like. Allow an additional day for each revision request. FREE custom design service!
Your gift will be carefully packed in a box with eco-friendly wrap and a ribbon if you prefer. You’ll receive a USPS tracking number.
Orders are generally ready for shipping within 24 business hours unless there is an announcement at the top of this page. Email us at to confirm if it is a rush. Packages will be prepared for shipping ASAP during your ship window unless you request that it be shipped at a later date during checkout.
Each gift box is uniquely curated unless multiple identical boxes are requested. Due to inventory, multiple identical boxes can take more time than multiple similar boxes (e.g. with varying chocolate bar flavors).
During Checkout, these options will be appear depending on location:
Shipping (USPS Priority or UPS): Ships from Santa Cruz within 1-2 business days to arrive at any U.S. address 1-3 business days after shipping. Note at check-out if you prefer ASAP or a later ship date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Local Delivery: Select zip codes by appointment. If a delivery appointment time is not possible, Present will offer shipping or a refund.
Pickup in Santa Cruz available for free by appointment with a Present team member. Contact Present to arrange a pick up time and location. If a time cannot be arranged, Present will offer a choice of shipping for an additional charge or a refund.
You’ll be asked about wrap style (If your gift includes a gift box or gift bag), enclosure card text, dietary considerations, and any other info you’d like to provide.

Ordering Again? To replicate the design and items from a past order, write "replicate past order" so the form will be faster for you.
Multiple recipients? This store allows multiple orders per transaction, but only one shipping address and one shipping method per transaction. To ship to multiple U.S. addresses: use your address as the placeholder shipping address then include a note that you will email the list of recipients to us. Payment for shipping can be charged separately. To ship internationally, some customers choose to arrange a pick-up or delivery and mail the gifts themselves.
