Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fall Harvest 2022 500ml 16.9oz

Production of extra virgin olive oil starts with the caretaking of their olive orchards. The olive harvest begins in October, when the olives are still green until the end of December when the olives reach their ripeness and are black in color. The olives are hand harvested to avoid bruising and other damage caused by mechanical harvesters. When the olives arrive at the olive mill they are immediately cleaned and washed to remove any debris before being crushed. The resulting olive paste from the crusher is uniformly mixed and its oil extracted. This extra virgin olive oil remains cold extracted and unfiltered to preserve its raw qualities and stored in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Once shipped, delivery takes 1-3 days locally or 2-7 days elsewhere in the US. Please note at check-out if you prefer a later ship date.

  • Local Delivery $20: Select zip codes by appointment. If a delivery appointment time is not possible, Present will offer your choice of shipping or a refund.

  • Pickup in Santa Cruz: Free by appointment. Contact Present to arrange a pickup time and location. If a time cannot be arranged, Present will offer a choice of shipping ($10-$20) or a refund.
